The reimbursement request form can be completed and sent by email to the University Sports Department or handed in directly at the office (use the mailbox if necessary).

Support for participation in competitions

We support your participation in national and international competitions by covering registration fees and subsidising travel costs. Please submit your application for travel subsidies in good time (at least 14 days in advance). The amount of the refund depends, among other things, on our reserves and the number of applications.

For journeys by train, public transport or other means of transport, quotes (for the application) or tickets (for billing) must be submitted; for journeys by car, a route calculation must be submitted. The cost of journeys by motor vehicle is calculated on the basis of 15 cents per kilometre.
