  • Hula Hoop Fitness – Get fit whilst having a go! A dynamic workout that’s fun and strengthens your endurance, coordination and core muscles at the same time.
  • Archery (workshop) – Concentration and precision take centre stage here. Find your inner calm and discover the fascination of archery.
  • Mixed football – A team game for anyone who enjoys football – whether you’re a beginner or a pro.
  • Yoga and wilderness education (workshop) – Connect with nature. Experience yoga combined with elements of wilderness education to find inner peace and renewed energy.

Uniligen – Experience team spirit and competition!

  • 3x3 basketball – A fast-paced, tactical game played in small teams. Ideal for anyone who loves action and teamwork.

Flat rates – Train flexibly and independently!

  • Gym flat rate – Use the gym equipment entirely according to your own schedule – with no fixed class times.
