Information on Registration

Here you can find a short instruction on how to register for a sports course.

Instructions

1. Read the Registration and Participation Conditions and then click on the course booking portal:

2. A window will open showing all the sports classes offered in the current period. Click on the desired sport. Then click on Book (green) in the right-hand column of the table for the desired sports course. If the course is already fully booked, you can put yourself on the waiting list (red).

3. If there are places available, a form will open, which you must fill in with your personal details. Click on the correct category in the ‘Status’ line (University of Greifswald students, University of Greifswald staff, students from other universities/guests, teams). The fee will then be calculated. Due to legal requirements regarding separation, the fees for external participants must be calculated at full cost.

Enter your full IBAN number. A bank commissioned by the university will debit your account with the applicable fee. After this process, your account details will be deleted from our database. All data is SSL-secured. Please note that for some dance sports, registration is only possible in pairs. The advertised fee applies to one participant.

4. Before you can book the sports course, you must confirm the registration and participation conditions of the University of Greifswald's university sports programme with a click of the mouse.

5. You need the participation ticket to access the face-to-face courses. Please print it out or save it on your mobile phone. Please note that login details for online courses are only displayed in PDF format, not in the mobile phone version.
