Hall Regulations for Municipal Sports Facilities

  1. It is not permitted to enter the sports hall without the responsible instructor / representative. The person in charge may only leave the hall after ensuring that everything has been tidied up properly, etc., and after signing the hall registration book.
  2. Getting changed and removing street clothing is only permitted in the changing rooms.
  3. The use of the sports hall is only permitted with sports shoes/trainers that have non-marking soles.
  4. The use of adhesives and adhesive resins is prohibited. Chalk, magnesium carbonate and similar substances must be stored in a box.
  5. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in the sports hall or adjoining rooms. At sporting events with spectators, consumption is only permitted in the canteen area. Special regulations apply to cultural events.
  6. It is prohibited to bring illegal drugs, weapons, weapon-like objects, irritant gas and spray cans onto the premises.
  7. To protect the hall floor, all equipment must be carried. Springboards, parallel bars and similar equipment may only be transported using appropriate transport devices.
  8. When using the washing and shower facilities, water consumption must be limited to the necessary amount.
  9. All facilities, equipment and devices must be treated with care. Any damage caused by use must be reported immediately to the sports facility administration (sportstaetten@greifswald.de).
  10. After leaving the sports hall, users must ensure that windows are closed, showers are turned off and lights are switched off. The hours of use must be strictly adhered to.
  11. Owner's rights: The hall caretaker, as the representative of the Property Management Office, exercises house rules within the scope of their responsibilities.
  12. Animals are not permitted in the sports hall.
  13. Smoking is prohibited in the building.
  14. Users and visitors to the sports hall who violate these regulations or disturb order in the sports hall may be temporarily or permanently excluded from using the sports hall by the Greifswald Property Management Office.
