The reimbursement request form can be completed and sent via email to University Sport or handed in directly at the office (use the postbox if necessary).

Financial support for participation in competitions

We support your participation in national and international competitions by covering registration fees and subsidising travel costs. Please submit your request for travel subsidies in good time (at least 14 days in advance). The amount of the refund depends e.g. on our funds and the number of received requests.

For journeys by train, public transport or other means of transport, you must submit quotes (for the request form) or tickets (for reimbursement after the event); for journeys by car, you must submit a route calculation. The costs for journeys by motor vehicle are calculated on the basis of 15 cents per kilometre.
