When the days get shorter and the temperatures drop, exercise is just the thing to keep your body and mind active. Our winter programme invites you to stay active indoors, discover new sports and recharge your batteries and zest for life together with others. Whether you want to improve your fitness, try out a new dance style or be inspired by workshops – we have something for everyone!

New courses this winter:

Look forward to a variety of courses that will keep you fit and are lots of fun at the same time:

  • Fitness for all – full-body training for strength, endurance and flexibility.
  • Rope Skipping Choreo – Jump rope with a difference: athletic, creative and exciting.
  • Filipino Martial Arts A – Dynamic martial arts with sticks and unarmed techniques.
  • Hip Hop Ladystyle – Expressive dance with power and elegance.
  • Dancing – Time to dance – For everyone who enjoys music and movement.
  • Balfolk – European folk dances in a convivial atmosphere.
  • Bachata – Passionate couple dancing from the Dominican Republic.
  • Lindy Hop F – The swing classic: rousing, lively and full of energy.

Our flat rates give you flexibility and allow you to plan your semester according to your own schedule.

  • Gym flat rate – Train whenever you want.
  • Indoor and outdoor sports facilities flat rate – Use all indoor and outdoor sports facilities when no courses are taking place.

  • Course period: 20 October 2025 – 1 February 2026, 13 weeks.
