Dear sports enthusiasts,

Summer is just around the corner - and with it the perfect opportunity to stay active, discover new sports or simply enjoy exercise with others! We are delighted to present the programme for the non-teaching period of the summer semester of 2025. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we have something for everyone!

New courses in the summer:
Look forward to exciting new courses that will challenge you physically while having lots of fun:

  • Functional health sports: holistic training for a strong and resilient everyday movement system.
  • Judo: technique, tactics and fairness on the mat — perfect for those looking to develop body control and self-confidence.
  • Prevention course: Basic back training: strengthen your back health through targeted exercises and posture work.
  • Social Run Club: running in a relaxed and motivating group setting to help you achieve more together!
  • Road cycling: Get out and about in nature, build up your stamina, and enjoy the freedom of two wheels.

Workshops:
If you're looking for something new or want to explore a topic in depth in a short amount of time, our workshops are perfect for you.

  • Fitness: Healthy muscle building and nutrition — tips and tricks for a sustainable fitness lifestyle.
  • Beach Volleyball Weekend Camps: Sun, sand and fun! Technique and tactics for beginners and advanced players.
  • K-pop A&F: Korean pop dance moves for beginners and advanced dancers — energetic and captivating!
  • Contemporary Dance F: Expression, technique and feeling in a dynamic dance workshop.
  • Lyrical Dance: Partnering Workshop F — Dance together, build trust, and experience emotional choreography.
  • Outdoor Survival - Drill Bow Fire Making - Back to nature: learn the basics of outdoor survival.

Uni Leagues events:
You can also take part in sporting competitions during the summer break.

  • Streetbasketball 3x3: fast-paced, team-building and action-packed.
  • Football (individual): For individual players looking to join a team.

  • Enrolment: From Sunday, 20.07.2025, 18:00

  • Free cancellation: until Sunday, 03.08.2025

Information about the winter semester 2025/2026

The most important dates:

  • Course period: 20 October 2025 – 1 February 2026, 13 weeks
  • Public holidays: 31 October 2025 (Reformation Day), 22 December 2025 – 4 January 2026 (Christmas and New Year)
  • Programme scheduled to be published on Monday, 6 October 2025
  • Enrolment scheduled to begin on Sunday, 19 October 2025, 6 p.m.

After registering for an online sports course, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link. Open this link on your PC (not on your smartphone) to generate the PDF file (see example here) containing all the important information and login details for the online course room.
