During the Summer Semester 2025, we are offering you a varied and exciting sports programme! Whether you want to improve your fitness, try a new sport or just have fun, we have something for everyone. Take a look at our programme and get the summer semester off to an active start!

New courses: From fitness to dance to team sports, we have a wide range to suit all tastes:

  • Aerobics/Pilates to the Beat Workout: Combines aerobics and Pilates with motivating beats.
  • Health Fitness: Total body and mind training.
  • Wildlife Education (back again): Experience nature and exercise in the wild.
  • Soccer Tennis: The perfect mix of soccer and tennis - pure team spirit!
  • Bridge and Skat: Exercise your mind and keep fit at the same time!
  • Modern Dance - Focus on improvisation: A creative and intuitive style of dance.
  • Belly Dance: Rediscover traditional moves.
  • Traditional Greek Dances: Dance through Greek culture with traditional rhythms and movements.
  • Dragon Boat: Together on the water - intensive team training.
  • Running for beginners: For those who want to start running slowly.
  • Advanced Running: Aim for 10km in 55 minutes.
  • Core & barbell training: Strengthen your core and build strength with barbells.

Workshops: In addition to courses, we also offer exciting workshops that introduce you to new techniques and exercises:

  • Fitness: Healthy Muscle Building and Nutrition: Tips for more strength and a balanced diet.
  • Handstand: The art of the handstand - learn step by step.
  • Volleyball: Spiking and digging A: Basics for beginners.
  • Volleyball: Defence and Passing F: In-depth technique for advanced players.
  • Modern/Contemporary Dance Advanced: Advanced techniques in modern dance.
  • Kpop Dance Beginner + Advanced: Dance workshops in the style of Korean pop music for beginners and advanced dancers.

  • Holidays: 18.-21.04. (Easter), 01.05. (May Day), 29.05. (Ascension Day), 09.06.2025 (Whitsun)
  • Enrolment: From Sunday, 13.04.2025, 18:00
  • Free cancellation: until Sunday, 27.04.2025
