Stay active over the winter break with our sports programme for the winter semester (lecture free period)

It's important to stay active, even during the lecture-free period. Our winter sports programme gives you the chance to incorporate exercise, balance and community into your daily routine. Whether you're looking for a sporting counterbalance to exams, a way to unwind, or simply the joy of exercise, our programme will help you keep your body and mind fit.
Courses during the winter break semester
This winter semester, you can once again expect a colourful mix of popular classics and trendy course formats. From functional full-body training to creative dance styles and dynamic martial arts, there is plenty of variety. Social dance classes, rhythmic choreography and athletic challenges ensure exercise is effective and motivating.
Workshops – new inspiration in a compact form
In addition to the courses on offer, the winter semester includes selected workshops that focus on new topics and provide space for intensive learning.
- Healthy muscle building and targeted nutrition: the basics of effective training and a sustainable everyday diet

- Intensive Taiji: in-depth sessions focusing on technique, body awareness and flowing movements.
The workshops are suitable for learning new content and deepening existing knowledge.
